    We are the leading producer of Verjus grapes in Quebec. We transform our production of grapes and blueberries into different products such as high quality spreads with more than 72% fruit, tangy blueberry syrups, fruit pastes and others. Our plantations in 2011 include 4000 vine plants, 300 blueberry plants. We have been producing Gorria pepper since 2011.About – Au Fil du Vent. Since 2014, we have purchased a hive to increase the pollination of the flowers of our berries. The experiment worked so well that we went to three hives and built flower strips to increase the flowers for our bees. We produce raw honeys from linden, summer and autumn. A hazelnut grove has been in operation since 2015.
